各室の給湯器はToTo製で生産中止となっています、修繕もできません、ついてはＲｉｎｎａｉ製の21型より大型の新しい24型に全室１年がかりで取り替えることにしました。
福山ガスより連絡ありますので都合の良い時に工事するように協力をお願いします。
